A study taken out lately by a panel of researchers from the Yonsei University college of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea, has discovered that people with erectile dysfunction can be largely helped when it comes to improvement in their performance level, if they take Ginseng pills.
It is being recommended that the little blue pill, which might have irritated many patients consuming the same, is not probably needed anymore. Since, Ginseng has come out to be a promising treatment for the disease.
As many as 100 men with the condition were involved in the study. The team noted that the ones (nearly 30%) who took Viagra and Levitra-like drugs realized no improvement. However, Ginseng tablet and Vydox users saw a significant enhancement in their condition following eight weeks of use.
As per the findings, Ginseng, the slow-growing perennial plant with fleshy roots, is being used since long as it is known for boosting one's overall health. The plant contains ginsenoside, which provides the root medicinal effects.
But, it is for the first time that scientific evidence is found for the same. "Korean ginseng berry improved all domains of sexual function. It can be used as an alternative to medicine to improve sexual life in men", said the experts.
